Quality system

We are in the process of obtaining ISO 13485 certification, for the past years, we have implemented our own quality control system, which has proven effective and has consistently satisfied our customers.
 

Inspection experience

Our inspection engineers and technicians are experienced and dedicated, most of them have over 10 years of experience in the field. They understand our customers' requirements thoroughly and possess extensive knowledge of industry specialties.

Typical defects we inspect for include:

• Visual scratches or gouges detectable by fingernail or sharp object
• Inconsistent machining marks
• Corrosion
• Rubbing marks
• Anodizing blemishes
• Chemicals trapped during anodizing
• Scratches or blemishes in anodizing, PVD/DLC coating, sandblasting, and other process.
• Machining mistakes
• Chipped or damaged coatings
• Dents
• Uneven surfaces or machining
• Roughness
• Other defects

 

Inspection equipment

We have CMM, projectors, and all common measurement tools, providing sufficient accuracy for both mold parts and product parts.

FAI Report
We can provide it upon the customer's request.
